Aman is a corporate attorney who routinely represents clients in lower-mid market M&A transactions, business purchases and sales, private investments, corporate governance, private placements, and related regulatory filings, negotiating technology and IT managed services agreements, and other commercial asset transactions. Aman also serves as counsel to a wide variety of U.S. and India-based startups.

Prior to joining the firm, Aman facilitated legal and regulatory operations in the investment banking space.
